## What Kitecorp does

We scale: Kubernetes clusters, real-time fleets of WebSocket and WebRTC servers, and the services behind products that are switched on for millions of users at once. We migrate: monoliths into services you can scale on their own, and on-prem systems with very large data sets to AWS, GCP or Azure, verified byte by byte with a rollback that stays open. We run: CI/CD and GitOps that ship safely, infrastructure as code that a fresh clone can plan, site reliability practices that a small team can sustain, and the operations side of machine learning, LLM applications and AI agents.

## How we work

Every engagement follows the same four steps. A discovery call to understand the system and the deadline. A written assessment with findings and a plan you can accept in full or in part. The implementation with your engineers, on your repositories, in small reviewed changes. A handover with runbooks, dashboards and alerts your team owns, and pricing agreed after the discovery call rather than before it.
