# Privacy policy

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics. The only personal data it handles is what you type into the contact form, which becomes one email to our inbox, and the standard access logs the content delivery network keeps for 30 days.

## Who is responsible

The data controller is Echostream SRL, Strada Soporului nr. 8, bloc C, Cluj-Napoca, Romania, tax identification number (CUI) 46964705. Write to admin@kitelang.cloud for anything related to this policy.

## What the contact form collects and why

When you send the contact form we receive your name, your email address, the company name if you give one, your message, the IP address the request came from and your browser's user-agent string. We use it to read and answer your enquiry. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to a request you made (GDPR article 6(1)(f)). The form has no other purpose: nothing you send is added to a mailing list or shared for marketing.

## Who processes it

Amazon Web Services runs the infrastructure: the form is handled by a function in the Frankfurt region (eu-central-1), the email is sent through Amazon Simple Email Service from the same region, and a small record used to limit repeated submissions from one network address is kept in a database there. Requests reach that infrastructure through Amazon CloudFront edge locations worldwide. The email is delivered to a Google Workspace mailbox. No other processor sees the form data.

## How long we keep it

The rate-limit record expires within two hours of the submission, is never read after it expires, and is deleted automatically by the database's expiry process. The email with your enquiry is kept while the enquiry is open and for as long as a follow-up is plausible, and deleted within 24 months of the last exchange unless an engagement follows, in which case the contract's own retention applies.

## Access logs

The content delivery network keeps standard access logs (requested URL, time, IP address, user agent, response code) for 30 days, used only to measure traffic and crawler activity and to investigate abuse. They are deleted automatically after that.

## Cookies and analytics

None. This site sets no cookies, loads no analytics, and includes no third-party scripts.

## Your rights

You can ask what data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to its processing by writing to admin@kitelang.cloud. You can also complain to the Romanian supervisory authority, the Autoritatea Națională de Supraveghere a Prelucrării Datelor cu Caracter Personal (ANSPDCP).
